Jhaymee is a corporate strategist, philanthropist, kindness crusader, wellness practitioner, and champion for women of color in the workplace. She is currently the AVP of Integration at Atrium Health. She is passionate in leading organizations to align strategy with execution
and achieve positive results and outcomes, specializing in post-merger integration, healthcare strategy, portfolio management, and facilitation.

Kristi is a visionary, seasoned Healthcare Experience Strategy Leader with demonstrated success in developing and working on quality, service improvement, and organizational resilience programs covering the hierarchy from top to bottom in an ever-changing clinical and HR environment. Proven background in formulating patient and teammate experience objectives, identifying areas of improvement by assessing and tracking performance, deploying patient and employee satisfaction statistics, and implementing optimized solutions that drive demonstrable outcomes.

Stacy Reynalds, MD

Pediatrics (Kids & Teens), Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician, Atrium Health

Stacy is currently a physician at CMC-Main with Atrium Health.  Stacy is passionate in serving her patients and provides a unique perspective as a provider to our panel. Stacy graduated from Drexel Medical College and completed her fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.  Stacy is Board Certified Physician with: Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

Trent Legare, FACHE

AVP, Community Health and Wellness, Atrium Health

Trent is a solution-oriented healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational performance through strategy, business planning, and process improvement for healthcare systems and the communities that they serve. Throughout Trent’s career, he has specialized in program management, strategic planning, and acute care operations.

Victor Armstrong

Director, NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse Services, NC Department of Health and Human Services

Victor serves as ‪Director of the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse Services. He is passionate about community mental health and dedicated his career to building and strengthening community resources to serve individuals living with mental illness. He is also a staunch advocate for reducing stigma around mental illness and the accompanying discrimination against people living with mental illness. Victor is an international speaker on suicide awareness, particularly as it relates to underserved communities. He utilizes social media as a platform to raise awareness of these issues.
