Maisam Ileiwi oversees a few committees including the Marketplace workstream & the Executive Diversity Steering Committee. The Marketplace committee steers all supplier diversity, prospective & current client needs, as well as executing the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. The Executive Diversity Steering Committee oversees the Enterprise Diversity goals regarding the Marketplace, Workplace and Workforce workstreams, along with the 7 Employee Resource Groups.

Fernando G. Little, MSL, Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer

Atrium Health

Mr. Little leads broad, collaborative efforts throughout Atrium Health’s operations and academic programs to foster diversity, inclusion, culturally competent care, inclusive purchasing, language access, and health equity for diverse and underserved populations. He also develops, implements and monitors programs and processes that sustain Atrium Health’s inclusive organizational culture.

William Lawrence Jr. MD, FAAP, Chief Medical Officer

Carolina Complete Health

Dr. Lawrence serves as Chief Medical Officer at Carolina Complete Health, a provider-led Medicaid Managed Care plan in NC. His career in healthcare spans more than 25 years and includes direct patient care, healthcare management and academics, as well as government and commercially funded healthcare. He is a board certified general pediatrician.

Danny Wharton MHA, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, Vice President

Caromont Health, Clinical Services

Mr. Wharton is an experienced Healthcare Executive, working at Caromont Health. Throughout his career,  areas of focus include: Emergency Dept./911 ops, Clinical & Support Services, Surgical Services, Ancillary Services, Acute Care/Critical Care, Hospital Operations & Post-Acute Services.
